Surrounding area
All necessary facilities are available convenient to the Sixhaven.
Adjoining the North-Hollands canal is the ‘Florapark’, a large park with a modern swimming pool, which is open to the public.
In the surrounding area of the marina you will find several restaurants for drinks, snacks, lunch or diner. In you prefer to prepare you own meal, the well stocked supermarket ‘Dirk van den Broek’ is situated nearby.
For entertainment and nightlife in the center of Amsterdam you have 24 hours access to the ferry.

Supermarket ‘Dirk van den Broek’ is 10 minutes’ walk from the harbour.
7 Minutes away, you will find ‘Het Spreeuwenpark’, in which a baker, butcher, grocery and several restaurants are located.
A real Amsterdam market ‘Mospleinmarkt’ is a little further from the Sixhaven. Open from Wednesday till Saturday from 9:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.

For lunch, diner, drinks and snacks there is a wide choice available close to the harbour. ‘Het Wilhelminadok’ is well worth a visit, as is ‘café de Pont’, which is situated in the direction of the ferry.
The Central Railway Station contains several fastfood shops, Albert Hein ToGO and HEMA.
